Permit me challenge, how could a minister in the Bible, not know and interpret regarding a false sect that perhaps about half the writings of the NT writings refute?

How could a reverend appreciate and speak the Scripture in balance with a lack in competentcy about a strange belief which was rather important in the NT period? And then truly, how can the churchgoers attempt to grasp these things and be proficient to study their Bible.

Why do we as Christians get bogged down in a routine of prized?s things and feel-good sermons?
